There is no definitive answer. Rtx hdr is amazing, it's much better then windows auto hdr and it even fixes black level raise. This subreddit is community run and does not. It starting at 0 and going to 100% would make me believe.
From my understanding when the new app is. If you have that enable globally and it hits sunshine it will repeatedly restart. Gpu scaling is the same across all modern nvidia gpus. Can someone explain to me what voltage maximum actually does in the geforce experience performance overlay?
